- 2 medium Honeycrisp apples, diced
- 2 medium pears (such as Bosc or Anjou), diced
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 1 cup green grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Step 1: Wash and dry all fruit thoroughly.
- Step 2: Dice the apples and pears into bite-sized pieces. Core the apples and pears before dicing.
- Step 3: Halve the red and green grapes.
- Step 4: In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, diced pears, halved grapes, and dried cranberries.
- Step 5: In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup and lemon juice.
- Step 6: Pour the maple syrup mixture over the fruit salad and gently toss to combine. Sprinkle the chopped pecans or walnuts over the top. Serve immediately or chill for later.
