Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Step 2: Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces. Place the sliced kielbasa, sliced onion, and sliced bell pepper onto the preheated griddle.
- Step 3: Cook the kielbasa and vegetables, stirring occasionally, until the kielbasa is browned and the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 8-10 minutes.
- Step 4: Add the minced garlic and Italian seasoning to the griddle. Cook for another minute until fragrant, stirring constantly.
- Step 5: Add the cheese tortellini to the griddle with the kielbasa and vegetables. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the tortellini is heated through and slightly browned.
- Step 6: Serve immediately, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
