Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped ham
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 sleeve butter crackers
Instructions
- Step 1: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Step 2: Add the mayonnaise and milk, and mix until well combined.
- Step 3: Stir in the chopped ham, shredded cheddar cheese, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Step 4: Mix all ingredients until evenly distributed throughout the cream cheese mixture.
- Step 5: Spread the mixture onto the butter crackers.
Notes
- Store leftover spread in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For a party, try arranging the crackers on a platter just before serving to prevent them from getting soggy.
- If you want to make these in advance, mix the spread and store separately, then assemble right before serving.
- A little Dijon mustard can be swapped for the horseradish if you want a slightly milder but tangy flavor.
