Ingredients
- Radishes, trimmed and halved: 1 pound
- Unsalted butter, melted: 2 tablespoons
- Fresh thyme sprigs: 4
- Garlic, minced: 2 cloves
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: In a large bowl, toss the radishes with melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Make sure the radishes are evenly coated.
- Step 3: Spread the radishes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Tuck the thyme sprigs amongst the radishes.
- Step 4: Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until radishes are tender and slightly browned, flipping halfway through.
- Step 5: Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice. Serve immediately.
