Delicious cheeseburger bombs recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Ground beef: 1 pound
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded: 1 cup
  • Refrigerated biscuit dough: 1 can (8 biscuits)
  • Onion, diced: 1/2 cup
  • Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  • Mustard: 2 tablespoons
  • Worcestershire sauce: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Step 2: Add diced onion to the skillet with the ground beef and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
  3. Step 3: Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-5 inch circle.
  4. Step 4: Place a spoonful of the ground beef mixture in the center of each biscuit. Top with a generous pinch of shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Step 5: Bring the edges of the biscuit dough up and over the filling, pinching to seal tightly. Place the sealed cheeseburger bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftover cheeseburger bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • For best results, reheat in a preheated oven or air fryer until warmed through and the biscuit is crisp again.
  • Serve these savory bombs with your favorite burger toppings like pickles, lettuce, and tomato for dipping.
  • Don't overfill the biscuits; too much filling makes them harder to seal properly and can cause them to burst during baking.
