Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, gently combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, onion, bread crumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Do not overmix.
- Step 2: Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Step 3: Place the meatballs onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Step 4: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned. Internal temperature should reach 160°F (71°C).
- Step 5: Serve immediately. These can be enjoyed on their own as appetizers or added to a burger as a topping.
