Ingredients

  • Ground beef: 1 pound
  • Onion: 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Cheddar cheese: 2 cups, shredded
  • Burger buns: 2, finely chopped
  • Tortillas (large, burrito size): 6
  • Ketchup: 1/4 cup
  • Mustard: 2 tablespoons
  • Pickles: 1/4 cup, chopped

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease. Add chopped onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Stir in ketchup, mustard, and chopped pickles into the beef mixture. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Step 3: Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over one side of each tortilla.
  4. Step 4: Spoon the beef mixture evenly over the cheese on each tortilla. Sprinkle the chopped burger buns on top of the beef.
