  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed and halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup French fried onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Steam or boil the green beans until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes. Drain well.
  3. Step 3: In a large bowl, combine the drained green beans, olive oil, crumbled turkey bacon, condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, and 1/2 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well. Season with black pepper.
  4. Step 4: Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Step 5: Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and the French fried onions over the top.
