- Ground Chicken: 1 pound
- Cooked Rice: 2 cups
- Cream of Mushroom Soup: 1 can (10.75 ounces)
- Cream of Chicken Soup: 1 can (10.75 ounces)
- Milk: 1/2 cup
- Onion: 1/2 cup, chopped
- Frozen Mixed Vegetables: 1 cup
- Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup, shredded
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Step 2: In a large skillet, brown the ground chicken and chopped onion over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Step 3: In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground chicken mixture, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, and frozen mixed vegetables. Stir well to combine.
- Step 4: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Step 5: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the dish.
- Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- For longer storage, let the hot dish cool completely before covering and refrigerating for up to 3 days.
