Ingredients
Scale
- Chicken tenders: 3 (cooked and cooled)
- Ranch dressing: 2 tablespoons
- Shredded cheddar cheese: 1/4 cup
- Lettuce: 1/2 cup (shredded)
- Bacon bits: 2 tablespoons
- Flour tortillas: 2 (small, burrito size)
- Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon
- Paprika: 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
- Step 1: Cut the cooked chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, combine the chicken pieces, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, lettuce, and bacon bits. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are coated with ranch.
- Step 3: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle the tortilla with paprika. Place the tortilla in the skillet and heat for about 30 seconds per side, until warm and pliable.
- Step 4: Evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto the warm tortillas.
- Step 5: Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll tightly to create a wrap.
Notes
- Store leftover wraps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- For best results, reheat the wraps in a dry skillet over medium-low heat until warmed through and the tortilla is crispy again.
- Serve these wraps with a side of carrot sticks or celery for a complete and satisfying snack.
- A light sprinkle of paprika on the tortilla before heating adds a smoky flavor that complements the ranch.
