Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small oven-safe ramekin or baking dish.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, combine the chopped apple, cranberries, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts (if using).
- Step 3: Transfer the mixture to the prepared ramekin or baking dish.
- Step 4: Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top of the apple and cranberry mixture.
- Step 5: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
