Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
