Delicious fried s’mores bombs recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Marshmallows, large size – 12
  • Graham crackers, finely crushed – 1 1/2 cups
  • Chocolate squares, milk or dark – 12
  • Cream cheese, softened – 4 oz
  • Vegetable oil, for frying – 3 cups
  • All-purpose flour – 1/2 cup
  • Eggs, beaten – 2
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting – 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Combine softened cream cheese and crushed graham crackers in a bowl. Mix until well combined and form a dough.
  2. Step 2: Take a small amount of the graham cracker mixture and flatten it in your hand. Place a chocolate square and a marshmallow in the center. Wrap the graham cracker mixture around the marshmallow and chocolate, forming a ball. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Step 3: Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another. Roll each s'mores bomb in flour, then dip into the egg mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
  4. Step 4: Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Step 5: Carefully place the coated s'mores bombs into the hot oil, a few at a time, and fry for 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Step 6: Remove the fried s'mores bombs with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For best results, enjoy these warm and fresh, as the marshmallow center will be at its gooey best right after frying!
  • If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge, but be aware the graham cracker coating will soften.
  • To reheat, gently warm in an air fryer for a minute or two to help crisp the outside without melting the inside completely.
  • Ensure your oil is at a consistent temperature to prevent burning the outside before the marshmallow melts – a candy thermometer is your friend!
