- Sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges: 2 large

- Garlic, minced: 3 cloves
- Parmesan cheese, grated: 1/2 cup
- Dried oregano: 1 teaspoon

Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Step 3: Spread the sweet potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Step 4: Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the wedges and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
- Step 5: Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Let the cheese melt slightly for a minute.
- Step 6: Serve immediately.
