Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch pie plate or springform pan.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, milk, and eggs until well combined. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix. Stir in the cinnamon and walnuts (if using).
- Step 3: Pour the batter into the prepared pie plate and spread evenly.
- Step 4: Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. The top should be golden brown.
- Step 5: Let the pie cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving. It's delicious served warm or at room temperature.
