Delicious golden peach cpineapple juiceble bars recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  2. Step 2: In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, pineapple juice, and egg until well combined.
  3. Step 3: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix. Gently fold in the diced peaches and pecans (if using).
  4. Step 4: Drop rounded tablespoons of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each bar.
  5. Step 5: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Step 6: Let the bars cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Store these bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze them for longer storage.
  • For a warm, gooey treat, gently reheat individual bars in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  • Serve these delightful bars slightly warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for an extra touch of decadence.
  • To prevent the peaches from sinking to the bottom, gently toss them with a tablespoon of flour before adding them to the batter.
