Ingredients

  • Ground beef: 1 pound
  • Onion, chopped: 1 medium
  • Tomato sauce: 1 (15 ounce) can

  • Shredded cheddar cheese: 1 cup
  • Cooked egg noodles: 8 ounces

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Step 2: In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease. Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Stir in the tomato sauce, cream of mushroom soup, frozen mixed vegetables, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
