Ingredients

  • Oreo cookies, crushed: 1 1/2 cups
  • Butter, melted: 6 tablespoons
  • Cream cheese, softened: 8 ounces

  • Cool Whip, thawed: 8 ounces
  • Instant chocolate pudding mix: 3.9 ounces
  • Milk: 1 3/4 cups
  • Halloween sprinkles: For garnish

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Step 2: In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in half of the Cool Whip. Spread this mixture evenly over the Oreo crust.
  3. Step 3: In another bowl, whisk together instant chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened. Spread this pudding layer over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Step 4: Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the pudding layer.
  5. Step 5: Sprinkle Halloween sprinkles over the top.
  6. Step 6: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. This allows the layers to set properly.

  • Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; the Oreo crust might soften slightly, but it will still be delicious.
