Instructions
- Step 1: Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, shredded chicken, diced red bell pepper, and sliced green onions.
- Step 3: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, mayonnaise, and honey until smooth.
- Step 4: Pour the lime dressing over the noodle mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Step 5: Stir in the toasted almonds.
- Step 6: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
