Delicious marshmallow swirl fudge recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides to lift the fudge out later.
  2. Step 2: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, butter, and salt. Stir frequently until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Step 3: Gently fold in half of the mini marshmallows and half of the chopped pecans (if using). Pour half of the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Step 4: Sprinkle the remaining mini marshmallows and pecans (if using) evenly over the first layer. Pour the remaining chocolate mixture over the marshmallows and spread to create a swirled effect.
  5. Step 5: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 4 hours, or until firm. Lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Store your Marshmallow Swirl Fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week to maintain its delicious, melt-in-your-mouth texture.
  • For a wonderfully gooey experience, microwave individual squares for 10-15 seconds before serving – be careful not to overheat!
  • Serve this decadent fudge with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of salted caramel for an extra special treat.
  • To prevent the marshmallows from sticking to your spoon while mixing, lightly grease your spoon with butter or cooking spray.
