Delicious no-bake twinkie pudding cake recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Twinkies, sliced with measurement: 10
  • Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix with measurement: 3.4 ounces
  • Milk with measurement: 3 cups
  • Heavy Whipping Cream with measurement: 1 cup
  • Powdered Sugar with measurement: 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla Extract with measurement: 1 teaspoon
  • Cream Cheese, softened with measurement: 4 ounces
  • Cool Whip, thawed with measurement: 8 ounces

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
  2. Step 2: In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually beat in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Step 3: Gently fold the sweetened cream cheese mixture into the vanilla pudding until completely combined. Then, gently fold in the Cool Whip.
  4. Step 4: Line the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish with half of the sliced Twinkies.
  5. Step 5: Spread half of the pudding mixture evenly over the Twinkies. Top with the remaining Twinkies, and then spread the remaining pudding mixture over the top.
  6. Step 6: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the cake to set and the flavors to meld.
