Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  2. Step 2: Form the cheese mixture into a ball shape.
  3. Step 3: Spread the chopped pecans evenly onto a plate or shallow dish. Roll the cheese ball in the pecans until completely coated.
  4. Step 4: Refrigerate the cheese ball for at least 2 hours to allow it to firm up.
  5. Step 5: Just before serving, insert pretzel sticks into the top of the cheese ball to create a pumpkin stem. Serve with crackers, vegetables, or apple slices.
