  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 1.5 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 lb Green Beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Step 3: Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 15 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Add the sliced chicken sausage and green beans to the baking sheet. Drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Step 5: Return the baking sheet to the oven and roast for another 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the sausage is cooked through.
