Delicious snickers fudge recipe recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Sweetened condensed milk: 14 ounces
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips: 12 ounces
  • Milk chocolate chips: 12 ounces
  • Marshmallow creme: 7 ounces
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Snickers bars: 5 fun-size bars, chopped

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
  2. Step 2: In a large, microwave-safe bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and milk chocolate chips.
  3. Step 3: Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  4. Step 4: Stir in the marshmallow creme, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  5. Step 5: Fold in the chopped Snickers bars.
  6. Step 6: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan and cut into squares.

Notes

  • Store your Snickers fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week to maintain its firm texture and prevent it from drying out.
  • While this fudge is best enjoyed cold, you can soften it slightly by letting it sit at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
  • Serve your Snickers fudge squares with a sprinkle of sea salt to enhance the sweet and salty flavors of the chocolate and Snickers bars.
  • For easier chopping, pop the Snickers bars in the freezer for about 15 minutes before dicing – this will prevent them from sticking to your knife!
