- Beef sirloin, thinly sliced: 1 lb
- Dried egg noodles: 8 oz
- Soy sauce: 1/4 cup
- Brown sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Rice vinegar: 2 tablespoons

- Garlic, minced: 2 cloves
- Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon

Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For best results, reheat individual portions in a skillet over medium heat, adding a splash of water if needed to loosen the sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for added flavor and visual appeal.
- Don't overcrowd the pan when cooking the beef; cook in batches if necessary to ensure proper browning.
