Delicious stove top stuffing meatloaf recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Ground beef: 1.5 pounds
  • Stove Top Stuffing Mix (any flavor): 6 ounces (one box)
  • Egg: 1 large
  • Milk: 1/2 cup
  • Onion, finely chopped: 1/2 cup
  • Ketchup: 1/4 cup
  • Worcestershire sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Stove Top Stuffing Mix, egg, milk, chopped onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Mix well with your hands until all ingredients are thoroughly combined, but avoid overmixing.
  3. Step 3: Press the meat mixture firmly into the prepared loaf pan.
  4. Step 4: Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) and the meatloaf is cooked through.
  5. Step 5: Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Store leftover meatloaf in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • For best results, reheat individual slices in a skillet with a little butter or oil over medium heat to keep the meat moist.
  • Serve with a dollop of ketchup or a side of mashed potatoes and gravy for a comforting meal.
  • To prevent a dry meatloaf, add a tablespoon or two of beef broth to the mixture if it seems too dry after combining the ingredients.
