Delicious strawberry crunch cheesecake chunks – best no-bake treat (recipe + tips) recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Golden Oreo Cookies: 24 cookies
  • Unsalted Butter, melted: 5 tablespoons
  • Cream Cheese, softened: 8 ounces
  • Powdered Sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Heavy Whipping Cream: 1 cup
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Strawberry Jello Powder: 3 ounces
  • Freeze-Dried Strawberries: 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Crush the Golden Oreo cookies in a food processor until they are fine crumbs. Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8×8 inch square baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. Step 3: In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until evenly combined and light.
  4. Step 4: In a small bowl, finely crush the freeze-dried strawberries. Mix the crushed freeze-dried strawberries with the strawberry Jello powder. Sprinkle half of this mixture into the cream cheese filling and gently fold to distribute.
  5. Step 5: Pour the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining strawberry-Jello powder mixture evenly over the top of the cream cheese layer.
  6. Step 6: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the cheesecake to set completely. Cut into bite-sized chunks before serving.

Notes

  • For best storage, keep the cheesecake chunks in an airtight container in the refrigerator to maintain their texture and prevent them from drying out.
  • Since this is a no-bake treat, there's no need to reheat it; enjoy it straight from the fridge for a cool and refreshing dessert.
  • Garnish the cheesecake chunks with fresh strawberry slices for an extra burst of flavor and visual appeal.
  • To intensify the strawberry flavor, consider adding a tablespoon of strawberry puree to the cream cheese mixture.
