  • 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 box (14.1 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chicken sausage, shredded chicken, and pepperoni. Mix gently.
  3. Step 3: Spread half of the meat mixture evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Top with pizza sauce, then the drained diced tomatoes. Sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder.
  4. Step 4: In a separate bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Spread this mixture evenly over the tomato layer. Top with the remaining meat mixture.
  5. Step 5: Carefully place the pizza crust over the top of the meat mixture, tucking the edges down the sides of the baking dish.
