Delicious irresistible garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Ground beef: 1 pound
  • Refrigerated biscuit dough: 1 can (8 biscuits)
  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese: 1/4 cup, grated
  • Mozzarella cheese: 4 slices, cut into quarters
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons, melted
  • Italian seasoning: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper: To taste

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Step 2: Flatten each biscuit into a thin circle, about 4-5 inches in diameter.
  3. Step 3: Place a spoonful of the cooked ground beef in the center of each biscuit. Top with a few mozzarella cheese pieces and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
  4. Step 4: Bring the edges of the biscuit dough up and around the filling, pinching to seal completely. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Step 5: In a small bowl, combine melted butter and Italian seasoning. Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with the butter mixture.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Store any leftover cheeseburger bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat these savory bombs in a 350°F (175°C) oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until warmed through, to keep the dough crisp.
  • Serve these warm alongside marinara sauce for dipping – it complements the garlic and parmesan perfectly!
  • Don't overfill the biscuits; too much filling will make them difficult to seal and they might burst while baking.
